You will make use of:
Perspective1. Make the background layer unlock. Double click the Background layer; it will turn into "Layer 0."
2.Choose "Distort" from Image < Transform. -- For Element ( For CS choose "Distort" from Edit < Transform ) 3. When you click "Distort." the image will be selected with handles. 4. Drag left top and right bottom corners to outside image till the building looks straight.
5. When the building is strtaght, click the "check mark" on the top, or you can double click on the image. (image3) Cropping1. Select "Cropping Tool" from the Tool Bar. 2. Draw the Cropping on the image. 3. Grab one of the squares and crop. 4. Click the "check mark" as you did for Distort, or you can double click on the image.
