A. Resizing images to smaller size

1. The iris image below is open in Photoshop Elements.
Image size is 12.7 in x 8.5 as you see from the top and the left ruler.

If you don't see the ruler, click rulers from View on Menu bar.

2. To change image size to 6 in x 4 in, go to:
Image > Resize > Image Size.

3. Click "Image Size" and you will see:

4. At the bottom of this dialog box uncheck "Resample Image".
Then type the Document Size : Width 6 in, Height 4 in.
The Resolution has changed to 512.

5. Click OK. The image size became 6 x 4. (See the ruler on Image 5. )
